Yoga

Tuesday    11.00am – 12.30pm

Yoga is a combination of relaxation, breathing exercises, meditation and physical postures that can help flexibility stamina and strength and reduce stress.

 

Benefits

It helps reduce stress and anxiety, improves breathing, releases tension and restores calm.

No previous experience is necessary and you can attend as often as you wish.
